Raleek Brown Hosts 1st Annual Stockton Youth Football Camp
Raleek Brown and his father, Roscoe Brown, have countless memories from his two electric years at Edison High School. They are forever grateful for the school and the local community within Stockton that has helped propel Raleek Brown into stardom, which is why they both wanted to give back.
Through their non-profit organization, R&R Brown’s Push Project, Raleek and Roscoe hosted their 1st Annual Youth Camp at Edison High School on May 14, 2022. The event quickly reached capacity, as there were 550 participants who attended the free event.
Throughout the day, local volunteers and coaches helped the kids run NFL combine-style events such as the 40-yard dash and concluded with a 7-on-7 game. Lunch was graciously provided by Chick-fil-A and hydration/snacks for the hot day were donated by our camp sponsors (Drip Drop ORS, Honey Stinger, Pathwater, and Lytepop). At the conclusion of the camp, awards were given out to offensive and defensive standouts.
After the camp, participants were allowed to take pictures, get autographs, and interact with Raleek. All the kids were very grateful for the opportunity to learn and work along side the 5-star committed USC running back. With the success of this event, Optimal Sports Management and R&R Brown’s Push Project will work on making this event bigger and better for next year.
